Greetings in the Name of Christ! Welcome to the Wesley Foundation of Oklahoma State University and Northern Oklahoma College Stillwater Campus in Stillwater, Tonkawa and Enid.
Our Mission Statement is: To Make Disciples of Jesus Christ, Create Leaders for the Christ Church and Transform Lives for God's Kingdom! We fulfill our mission through various engagements with students, faculty and staff and their families. We offer a wide variety of opportunities for students to discover their faith in powerful and meaningful ways. The Staff of the Wesley Foundation encourages you to look through our site and join us in this wonderful journey of following Christ! A Philosophy For Campus Ministry The beginning philosophical premise for Campus Ministry at Oklahoma State University Wesley Foundation is that all students, faculty, staff and community members are offered a radical welcome in the name of Jesus Christ. We believe deeply that all people are created in the image of God, loved by God, and called by God. Furthermore, we believe that it is not our position to determine how God calls people but we are merely called to live alongside all people. Therefore we welcome people of all walks of life. Students, faculty, staff and community members from various religious, political and moral backgrounds call the Wesley Foundation home. Our primary means of operation is to give students an opportunity to engage, respond and reflect to Gods call on their life. Therefore, we are not a traditional campus ministry, while we offer all the traditional modes of Campus Ministry-- worship, bible studies, social gathers etc.-- we see our primary task as giving students the opportunity of service based growth. It is important to us that students learn through faith practices.
